You'll need to join the club, which you can't with a proxy server. You need a manual proxy like: 

212.100.251.1 with port 80
88.98.28.60 with port 80
109.123.70.47 with port 80

1. Go to one of these proxy servers:

http://facebooksurfing.info/ 
http://www.surfaanonymt.se/ 

2. Enter http://www.stardoll.com
in the proxy server's blank URL box. 

3. Click OK or press enter on your keyboard 

4. Log into Stardoll. 

5. Now paste http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=824
in the proxy server's blank URL box and hit enter on your keyboard.

6. Leave the proxy server.
